LiveCounseling.com contacted me in need of some usability help. They have a wonderful product, but their design needed a little bit of work. We started slow with a rework of the page with their current design, and that quickly turned into a “lets do a full redesign”. Above is one of the first redesign mocks of the project.
Since Live Counseling is a up and running company, we had to put the redesign on hold and bust out some new products. One of the first was a free chat interface.
